Event Coverage by Steely Joe Studio Event photography can be great fun. You never know exactly what to expect but there are always opportunities for great images. By far my favorite event that I photograph is the Choctaw Nation Labor Day Pow-Wow in Tushka Homma, Oklahoma, and as a result many of my favorite event images are from the pow-wow. I really enjoy events that put my fast-motion photography skills to the test such as track meets and basketball games. I have also covered a horse show, a 50th wedding anniversary, family reunions and birthday parties. For businesses, I have photographed ribbon cuttings and open houses.
